Инфекционный эндокардит: осложнения, особенности течения у различных групп населения, лечение, профилактика. Обзор литературы

Аннотация

В литературном обзоре представлен анализ отечественных и зарубежных публикаций, современных клинических рекомендаций по инфекционному эндокардиту. На основании проведенного анализа литературных данных определены основные направления обследования пациентов с инфекционным эндокардитом, включая осложненные формы заболевания. Проанализированы подходы к лечению и профилактике инфекционного эндокардита. Рассмотрены современные аспекты хирургического лечения этой патологии.
